1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from BP Rentals, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when the vehicle is returned to BP Rentals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Additional age surcharges may apply for drivers under 25.

3. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws. Prohibited uses include off-road driving, racing, towing, and any illegal activities. The vehicle must remain within the agreed-upon geographic area.

4. Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear. Additional coverage options are available at the time of rental.

5. Payment & Fees

Rental rates are as quoted at the time of booking. Late returns may incur additional charges. Fuel charges apply if the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level.

6. Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
